Low income housing in Palos Verdes

What a crock! The California government ordered the Town of Rolling Hills Estates to meet low income housing requirements. The Town of Rolling Hills Estates is a suburb of Los Angles in the Palos Verdes area of the South Bay.

One problem though, the Town of Rolling Hills Estates is a very wealthy area, much like Beverly Hills. Town of Rolling Hills Estates is a community looks much like the Town of Paradise Valley, which is a very wealthy suburb of Phoenix. There isn’t a home in the place that sits on a plot of land less than one acre or that costs less then several million dollars.

How did the Town of Rolling Hills Estates solve this government mandate problem? They counted all the quarters for maids and servants on their estates as low income housing.
