I have a cheap way to fix that problem. Don't bother tearing down the fence, that would cost too much money.
Just use a cutting torch to cut a big hole in it every few 100 yards or so. That way the people we need to do our dirty work will be able to get in easier instead of going to all the work these two people did of climbing and jumping the fence!
